ReplyFast provides an AI-powered messaging platform for WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and Live Chat. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Must be 18+ to use. One free account per person. Do not use for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.

AI-generated replies are drafts for your review. You are responsible for all messages sent from your account. Some features require a paid subscription (Free $0, Pro $29, Business $79 per month). Governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes resolved in Dhaka courts. Contact: support@replyfastapp.com

Privacy Policy — Last Updated: April 13, 2026

ReplyFast Technologies collects: account information (name, email), message data, usage analytics, and OAuth tokens for Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct. Tokens are AES-256 encrypted and used only to provide the Service.

Google API Limited Use: Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use requirements. We access gmail.readonly (read inbox) and gmail.send (send replies) only. Gmail data is never used for advertising, AI training, or shared with third parties.

Meta Platforms: We comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and Meta Developer Policies for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct data.

Microsoft: We comply with Microsoft API Terms for Outlook/Hotmail/Live data access.

We do not sell your data. Data retained: messages 90 days, account data until deletion, logs 12 months. You may request data deletion at: support@replyfastapp.com
